Mr. Dixon is an 8th Grade Math Teacher. Mr. Dixon is a first-generation college graduate earned his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Tuskegee University located in Tuskegee, AL. He is currently pursuing his Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Relay Graduate School of Education located in Manhattan, NY. Mr. Dixon became a teacher through the New York City Teaching Collaborative and completed his training in Brownsville, NY before becoming a member of the Village Academy family. In his spare time Mr. Dixon enjoys watching Netflix, playing basketball, and traveling both domestically and abroad. His favorite destination thus far has been Cuba, but he hopes to travel to Colombia in the near future.Mr. Dixon enjoys music and learning new things. He also loves dogs and currently has 2 named Zeus and Atlas. Mr. Dixon’s favorite poem is “See It Through” by Edgar Albert Guest.
