Mr. Hassan, who hails from Long Island, New York, received a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from the Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College in May 2017, where he studied tuba. During his time at Queens College, Mr. Hassan has performed on tuba as well as bass trombone in renowned venues such as Lefrak Concert Hall, David Geffen Hall (formerly Avery Fisher Hall), Bohemian National Hall, and Flushing Town Hall. Mr. Hassan has performed with various groups on Long Island such as the Huntington Community Band and the Lindenhurst Brass Band. Mr. Hassan is also an avid sports fan. He loves to travel and try foods from all areas of New York and beyond. Mr. Hassan believes that every person should come out with a positive experience when learning music. He stresses the importance of making sure that everyone is in a friendly and comfortable environment for a music lesson and that everyone deserves to hear positive feedback from their instructor. Mr. Hassan believes that when people learn something they enjoy, they want to teach others as well as share that experience to others. This is why it is important to Mr. Hassan that every person deserves a positive experience with learning music.
